Advoco Named Finalist for the 2021 InnoVision Awards

Advoco is honored to be listed as a finalist for the 2021 InnoVision Awards in the Community Service category. The team is being recognized for their contributions to the EAM community as well as the creation of Connect for Good GVL, which was a program to share meals with those in need throughout Greenville.

The InnoVision Awards honor individuals and organizations for their impactful innovations in South Carolina. The annual awards are a mark of distinction for the many organizations, individuals, educators, and leaders who have been honored over the 23-year history of the InnoVision Awards.

Advoco, along with the other award finalists, will be recognized during the InnoVision Meet the Finalists (MTF) series sponsored by the South Carolina Research Authority. The MTF series is virtual, open to the public, and free to attend. The Advoco team will be honored on September 28. You can register to attend the event here.

InnoVision’s annual awards program will culminate with the Annual Awards Celebration on November 9th. The Awards Celebration will showcase each finalist’s innovation with a video profile and announce the winner in each award category.

“The past 18 months have taught us a lot of things, but the biggest thing is the importance of community,” said Marty Osborn, partner at Advoco. “Our community stretches beyond the confines of our office walls, it’s every person on the Advoco team, every customer who we partner with, every attendee who has joined us for in-person events, like our annual Connect conference, or our virtual events like Connect Select or webinars. But beyond that, our community is Greenville and the Upstate of South Carolina. Connect for Good GVL was born out of community, to serve community. We are so proud to be recognized with other tremendous organizations who are serving others and making people’s lives better every day.”
