We significantly enhanced revision control functionality for a pharmaceutical company by creating a series of reports, grids, and tabs to identify exactly what fields have changed from revision to revision for all entities.

We created a series of grids for a pharmaceutical company to identify what PMs, tasks, material lists, and routes are related to particular equipment including all revisions. This allows for a user-friendly process to identify all open revisions by equipment.

At an international snack manufacturer, we are embarking on a project where drivers use the Geotab iPhone app and do pre/post inspections of their vehicle. If they find a failure, they log it in the app, which feeds to EAM and creates a work order. EAM then sends the work order number, status, etc. back to Geotab. That way if the driver is stopped while driving, they will have proof of the inspection and the follow-up that resulted from it.

We helped a grocery store chain to seamlessly change from shared user accounts to individual user accounts. This required making sure the layout, start center, and dataspies stayed the same for the new users as well as updating all queries that referenced shared user accounts or the current user that is logged into EAM.

Normally, transferring assets to a new organization has to be done one asset at a time and is very time consuming. We built functionality on the front end which allows the user to select assets from a list and then transfer them all simultaneously to their new organization. Also, for each asset in the list you can select its new department and parent equipment as needed.

We successfully migrated mature, on-premise EAM to Infor Cloudsuite.  The client had over nine years of data, hundreds of implemented business processes, and a dozen mature integrations.

We developed an elaborate data-driven solution for gathering financial integration attributes during EAM transactions. The solution is completely configurable from the EAM frontend and accounts for various details of any transaction, e.g. WO labor at the activities’ system and/or assembly and/or component level with exceptions for reason for repair and/or WO classification. The achieved goals were to combine multiple businesses running within the same EAM environment on a single set of sustainable business rules and no human interaction, i.e. no manual cost code selection.

We have developed an email parsing system for our internal EAM system. This allows for two way communication through emails in EAM. An email is sent through the system and a work order is created. You can reply to the generated email to add comments and work order updates as well as attach documents.

We created a pseudo-purchasing process for replenishing inventory using the non-PO receipts screen married with the generate requisitions screen. The flex updates the requisition based on field on Non-PO receipt.  The system “acts” like a full PO was processed and parts were received.

At a state vehicle agency User Defined Tables and User Defined Screens were used to host very long lists of values that connected to User Defined Field’s value lists as custom entities. This allowed for centralizing the value lists if the same list was needed at multiple screens, made the lists easier to manage, and allowed for data loading the values using R5TRACKINGDATA table. This is a lot more convenient than using native UDF Code+Description lists.
