As soon as Thanksgiving dinner is over, my family likes to sit around and watch holiday movies. Our favorite is National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation. One of my favorite scenes is when Clark Griswold attempts to turn on all his home Christmas lights after he has spent all day installing them. To get to this point, he has braved the cold Chicago weather, fallen off a collapsing ladder, stapled his clothes to a gutter, and fallen off the roof. Recently, I walked into the office dressed in a blazer and jokingly got asked, “Do you have an interview today?” If you’ve ever been to the Advoco office, you know that we have a business casual dress code, so it was fairly out of the ordinary that I was wearing a blazer. And while I didn’t have an interview myself, I was conducting an interview for a potential new hire. When I was getting dressed the next morning, I looked at the blazer from the previous day.
