Advoco Attracts Top Talent with Addition of Marty Osborn and Dwayne Divers

October 6, 2008 (San Francisco, CA) – Advoco, a leading consulting services company, announced today that it has added two industry veterans to its growing team of consulting experts. Marty Osborn is the vice president and head of Advoco’s technology practice while Dwayne Divers is an Advoco senior consultant. Both men bring extensive business and technology experience with them.

Osborn is responsible for Advoco’s technology practice, a consulting practice initially dedicated to Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions. Prior to joining Advoco, Osborn was employed by Infor as the senior director of industry product marketing. In addition to working closely with industry analysts for more than 10 years, Osborn significantly contributed to the development of the company’s strategy and product direction. He also worked closely with large enterprise accounts such as Frito-Lay, Miami-Dade County, FirstGroup, Schering-Plough, and New York Fire Department (FDNY). Prior to his role at Infor, he was vice president of product management for Datastream. Early in his career, Osborn worked for Fluor Daniel and BYTE Systems. He holds a bachelor's degree from Clemson University.

Divers is an Advoco senior consultant and is responsible for managing Advoco’s large customers. Divers brings with him deep domain experience in integrating complex business systems/applications utilizing emerging technology such as Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Web services. With more than twenty years of experience in the asset management software industry, Divers held senior positions at Datastream (now Infor) including vice president of development. He developed the reliability centered maintenance (RCM) division, and his product and service strategies were deployed in customers’ sites around the world including at Miami-Dade County where he managed the extensive implementation project. Prior to Datastream, Divers worked with companies including Yardstick Software and Milliken. His education includes a BS in chemical engineering from Virginia Tech.
