• Implementation of the Infor Enterprise Asset Management system to manage over $30 billion worth of assets, including villas, apartment blocks, islands, bridges, tunnels, roads, effectively the entire community both above and below ground
• Real-Time Integration of the EAM system with the call center, CRM, and Oracle Financials solutions
• Enforcement of UAE (United Arab Emirates) statutory procurement laws requiring confirmation of current on-hand cash balance in advance of creating purchase obligations
• Confirmation of Master Community / Homeowners Associations budget availability prior to the creation of purchase obligations meeting MC-HOA charter rules
• Performance management of supplier contracts in real time allowing for rapid review of supplier performance, supplier history and payment processes
• Streamlining customer service request processes throughout the service delivery workflow in order to provide management reports based on compliance and service level agreements (SLAs), as well as the ability to escalate service requests on an as-needed basis
• Development of an online portal for users to check status of work requests, scheduled maintenance
